All information shared by prospective or active clients during the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as strictly confidential. Assentrix will not disclose, share, or reference client identity, requirements, or deliverables to any third party without express written consent.
Similarly, clients agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary methodologies, pricing, or proprietary materials provided by Assentrix without prior written consent.
